Our features has two basic modes job seeker mode and job givers mode
In job seekers mode registered users will be able to search jobs, create and upload multiple resumes, apply for jobs online. In job givers mode vacancies of your agency will be published. Job Seekers have the rights to signup, but employers don’t have the rights to register in such mode. You can also switch from one mode to another with a click of a mouse.
Administrator has full access to member's management, bill settings, site section management and other site parameters. Administrator can earn revenues through their premium job seekers and job givers, and the payments are made through secure gateways. They can also view the list of member services which are categorized by their type: as Job Seekers and Employers. The following information is available for each member with member name, email, registration date, last login, job postings for employers and resumes for job seekers. Moderators can manage the following site sections like about us, terms and condition, privacy policy.
Our jobsite give additional information to the users like the pages visited last login, jobs applied and some additional features.
Employer can search for candidates using keywords search, specifying location, job category, work experience and degree level. Registered employers can post jobs and make them active or inactive and also view statistics on views' for each of job postings. Job Seekers can search vacancies by Location, job category, job title and can also post multiple resumes on the site. It is possible to either just copy/paste your resume into the system or use our 'upload' option.
Our package fetches 80,000 new pages from thousands of corporate career centers; popular job boards, newspapers and major employment sites.
