REFUND POLICY

You have a chance to TRY before you BUY. If you have not tested our free demo versions, PLEASE DO SO before you place an order to make sure that the product you are ordering is of use/help for any individual/subscribing institutions. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software/product demo prior to purchase and download. During the evaluation period, technical support is available by directly posting a ticket in the support threading system.

All 2DayBiz products are under constant updations & enhancements. We advice our customers to keep track of their product downloads, Installations & uninstallations with proper security to all information related to the same. In the event of any issues faced by our customers related to purchase orders, downloads, installations & unstallations, 2DayBiz's effort would be to provide its maximum support to sort out all issues within 48 Hours of purchase & download. If any issue is beyond the scope of our support team and needs to be escalated to the technical department, 2DayBiz would provide refund of all those products to their valid customers within 48 Hours of their purchase & download for all genuine and substantial reasons of order cancellation. Any refund requests that may be raised beyond 48 hours without substantial reasons would not be entertained.

Delivery of Product

After placing formal order, you will receive an e-mail from us, having FULL VERSION product downloading link with other related information. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address. If you have filled invalid e-mail address in the order form due to typing error, please contact us by e-mail using the addresses given in our support/contact page.

If you have not received your FULL VERSION product download link within 6 hours of purchase, please contact our support team by e-mail using the addresses given in our support/contact page.

Please make sure that our e-mails are NOT BLOCKED by your SPAM GUARD or our e-mails are not forwarded to Bulk/Junk/Spam e-mail folders.

License

Users are granted the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access 2DayBiz products under the terms of the License Agreement approved and signed by the subscriber or subscribing institution representative. Trial Users may access 2DayBiz products for a limited period of time for the purpose of determining its suitability for purchase. During the free trial period, the Trial User will be subject to the same Terms and Conditions as a paying subscriber. Any breach of this License will result in the immediate termination of access by 2DayBiz.

Permitted Use

The User may make unlimited online use of the Content, including searching, displaying and viewing on-screen, and may download, print or e-mail retrieved Content for the purposes of research, teaching or private study and not for commercial use.

Prohibited Use

Individual articles or abstracts may not be used for the purposes of monetary reward by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Materials, and may not be systematically supplied or distributed onward from the site of the User.

Usernames and Passwords

The User may be allocated a personal username and password for the purpose of gaining access to 2DayBiz products. Users must not pass such usernames and passwords onto any other individuals in an attempt to by-pass the registration or purchasing procedures for this product. Any such breach of this License will result in access being terminated for the User concerned.
